About Osmose
Osmose is a market-leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions, helping electric utilities enhance reliability, reduce risk, and extend asset life. We combine deep field expertise with advanced analytics, software platforms, and engineering services to solve some of the most critical challenges facing the energy and utility industry.

- Build business cases demonstrating ROI, cost avoidance, and long-term asset value
- Market Analysis & Segmentation
- Conduct detailed PAM, TAM, and SAM analyses for key solution areas
- Identify growth opportunities across utility segments, geographies, and service lines
- Support strategic planning and investment prioritization
- Mid-Term Strategic Planning
- Play a key role in supporting Osmose’s annual mid-term strategic review, including market insights, growth opportunity identification, and strategic initiative development
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to synthesize inputs into clear strategic recommendations
- Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy
- Help shape value propositions and messaging for complex technical solutions
- Support development of sales enablement tools, including ROI calculators and executive-level presentations
- Executive-Level Insights
- Synthesize findings into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership
- Contribute to board-level and executive presentations
