We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to coordinate and deliver proposals, contracts and project set-up while working closely with the sales and operations organizations and Project Estimators in order to create excellent and winning proposals, contracts, and pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Apply consistent methods to understand project intelligence, competitive positions, and proposal objectives.
  • Work in conjunction with Project Estimator, sales, and operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy when a proposal is created, pricing is completed, contracts are established and job set up begins.
  • Stay apprised of up-to-date information required to accurately and efficiently submit proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain and archive records of customer information and contracts.
  • Assist in the creation of best practices and procedures that will allow the company to utilize customer and contractual information without redundancy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard.
  • Good writing and verbal communicate skills in order to effectively correspond with customers concerning proposals and contracts.
